Diego
Diego received his BFA from Parsons and now has over 18 years of experience working as an illustrator. Diego’s style is heightened representational paired with magic realism. His favorite work is always sci-fi or fantasy-based, however any imaginative narrative assignment would best suit his style. His illustration heroes include Jacopo Pontormo, El Greco, K Nielsen, Edmund Dulac, Robert Fawcett, and Frank Quitely. Diego is also a painter as well as a trained sculptor, and has created many sculptural portraits and figures. Fun fact: Diego storyboarded Phillip Seymour Hoffman’s last filmed performance!
